Mindful Champions

Mindful Champions are people to whom we offer scholarships for Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP).

These needs-based scholarships are awarded to students who are committed to bringing the tools of mindfulness to communities in need—such as prison ministry, veteran support, hospice care, and environmental activism. Applications are carefully selected by a panel from the MMTCP program and Sounds True Foundation. Click here to see the MMTCP Scholarship Selection Criteria.

Scholarship applicants (not including the MMTCP program) will be notified of their award within four weeks of submitting an application.

Scholarships are limited to one per person, per year.

General/Other

If your organization is in alignment with our mission, vision, and values,  and you would like to submit a project proposal or strategic partnership request, please complete our inquiry form for consideration. Due to the large number of requests, we only take on a select few partners each year to ensure we can provide adequate support.

We do not accept unsolicited grant proposals at this time, as we focus our funding and resources on our current strategic partner programming.
